Our perspective is that everyone's life has a story, and therapy is a way to identify and change that story to fit with your goals and values. Seeking therapy can be difficult, and we enjoy supporting people in finding their narrative and re-writing it the way they desire to fit their needs. As strength-based and client-centered therapists, we believe that meeting people where they are enables them to feel at ease and supported in the process. Helping others identify their innate strengths and using them is a large part of my philosophy. We are an anti racist practice and pride ourselves on being able to serve BIPOC populations.

Support for Social Anxiety
Social anxiety can be overwhelming, stressful, and isolating. This group provides a space for adults to connect and find solace with others experiencing social anxiety while learning to accept and overcome roadblocks to social fulfillment. Sessions are held weekly on Saturday afternoons in-person at 1300 W Belmont Ave in Lakeview. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, and offer a self-pay rate of $20/session.

Based on the best-selling books by Dr. Lindsay Gibson, this support group offers space and care for children of emotionally immature parents/people. This group has been a successful way for people to feel understood, cared-for, and provided with cutting edge resources and materials from Dr. Gibson and other experts' work in this field. Groups are run in a closed format and are accessible to anyone regardless of ability to pay.
