Chicago Human Potential specializes in mood disoders, substance abuse, perinatal mood disorders and chronic pain. However, my practice is adept at other areas of focus and welcomes a variety of needs for counseling. Anxiety and depression respond very well to counseling and we have been successful getting people "un-stuck".
Joslyn Jelinek founded Chicago Human Potential in 2006. She has been a licensed clinical social worker for 20 years. She specializes in helping people meet their goals in making changes in their relationships, employment and their general satisfaction and enjoyment in life.

Anger Group for Women (12 week certificate)

Learn and Practice effective skills to manage anger. Work on learning powerful skills to change your life and your relationships. This 12 week court approved program is useful for anyone who would like to feel more in control of strong feelings. Also appropriate for women with substance use history.
