I work with individuals and families on a wide range of concerns, including substance use, impulse control, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, using an eclectic, client-centered approach grounded in multiple evidence-based practices. As a clinician with a Christian background, I am comfortable integrating faith-based conversations when requested and clinically appropriate.

I believe rapport building is the most important part of our role as clinicians. My main goal is always to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment. I utilize multiple evidence-based strategies along with a generous touch of humor to support and talk to anyone willing to listen.
I learned the definition of resilience at a very young age and, even more importantly, the value of positive support. We all need help to navigate life’s stressors and learn to find our strength within. Through my work as a therapist, I aim to be present and provide the support you may need.
