I work with adults, young adults, and children (10+), with a focus on concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, development, cultural or first‑generation issues. Therapy takes courage and my role is to be beside you as you navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, issues of life adjustment, the lingering impact of trauma.
