I do also offer supervision as I hold a CCS and ACS. If you are interested in discussing options and determining if we are a good fit please contact me.

I am a firm believer that therapy is a different experience for each family or individual. I pull from different styles and cater to your needs and personality. My main goal, however, is to create a safe, non judgmental and empathetic environment. I use a variety of evidence-based practices along with mindfulness techniques to work towards your goals.

I learned the definition of resilience at a very young age and even more importantly the value of positive support. We all need help to navigate life’s stressors and learn to find our strength within. Through my work as a therapist I aim to be present and provide the support you may need.
