About

Let go, let in, and embrace - I believe these three steps can be the hardest, yet, with compassion, they can be the most life-giving and beautiful approaches to human life. It has always been my greatest pleasure to assist clients in the process of letting go, letting in, and embracing life more intimately. Clients I work with include individuals seeking to transform impacts of trauma or loss, relieve burden associated with hoarding or clutterring, learn more about self-love and love for and with others.
I apply evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. Extensively involving in research enables me to apply the most up-to-date knowledge to clinical work. My expertise in the psychological impacts of trauma and my personal Zen practice have also profoundly influenced my therapeutic approach.
You may have experiences with therapy, or this may be your first time. However your journey thus far has been, welcome! I appreciate and congratulate you on your intention to work with yourself and seek support. Please feel free to drop an email or text for me to request a free consultation call. The clinical assistant at our practice will help us connect!

Compassion Focused Therapy Group for Hoarding

This group is regularly held online for adult residents of California working through issues related to Hoarding or Cluttering. Compassion Focused Therapy is an evidence-based therapy. The treatment goals of this group include: 1) a compassionate understanding of the origins of hoarding, 2) developing personal strength to overcome hoarding related challenges, 3) training behavioral skills for de-cluttering. There are 20 weekly group sessions. The group size is 6-8 members. A new group will start when 6 individuals sign up. This is NOT a drop-in group.
