About
Life transitions can be stressful and challenging, especially with strong emotions and impactful choices to be made. This journey of discovery does not need to be taken alone and can begin with one single step. Within the realm of therapy, you can begin the process of self-discovery, growth, and healing.
Integrating psychodynamic conceptualization and the practice of cognitive behavioral therapy, I teach the skill of deep internal reflection and mindful and intentional daily living. I will formulate and tailor the treatment to fit your needs.
Beyond providing individual therapy, my professional experience includes organizational management, faculty teaching, and training/consulting. I have a strong back ground in diversity and bicultural issues. I am also fluent in conducting therapy in Mandarin Chinese.
