I know life can be hard, and if you have experienced trauma it can be difficult to talk about. Sometimes a different approach is needed. As a trauma-informed, expressive art therapist, building trust and safety is always my first goal. Together, we can find creative ways to understand your inner experience and uncover new coping skills that feel aligned with your current values. I offer individual and group work. My ideal clients are curious, willing to explore, and eager to develop more compassion and a deeper understanding of self. I work with adults ages 18 and older.
I specialize in treating people who have experienced trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and those going through life transitions including parenthood. When working with me, my hope is that you will feel more present in your body, less alone, and develop skills to regulate your nervous system that feel safe, accessible, and meaningful.
I believe healing is best promoted through a holistic and integrated method of embodiment, art, meditation, and nature. If you are interested we can move forward and schedule a 15 minute video consultation to ensure we are a good fit and that our schedules align.
