What do you call a Centaur with a limp?..... .... . "Off-Centaur". (insert knee slap and HAHAHA's here). Hi! I’m Cheyne (she/they). It's summer time! And.. you are feeling stuck. Summer often brings more space to notice the things we’ve been pushing past; burnout, overwhelm, relationship patterns, anxiety, or a sense of feeling disconnected from ourselves. Summer can be a surprisingly meaningful time to start therapy, shifting schedules and longer days often create more space to notice the patterns, overwhelm, or disconnection we’ve been pushing past, rather than waiting until things feel unbearable.
In our work together, I draw from parts work (IFS informed), ACT, and a strong mind-body awareness that is also neurodivergence-supportive. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in your strengths, while also gently challenging patterns that may keep you stuck. Let's find the words for your experiences and meaningful change together!
