During our initial sessions, we will explore what's happening in life that's bringing you to see me, you may find out the past has been dragging itself into your present. Together we will process what's maintaining these consistent concerns, dismantle any damaging patterns and create realistic solutions. Most of my clients report feeling better within the first couple of sessions.
