Hello, I am Cheyenne, a U.S. Army Veteran and Provisional Licensed Counselor working under clinical supervision at Redemption Services. I am very passionate about walking alongside people as they heal and grow. I believe healing is essential but it's often misunderstood. That's why I work to create a safe, judgement-free space where you feel truly seen and heard. My approach blends person-centered therapy - which focuses on empathy, trust, and unconditional regard - with cognitive behavioral therapy to help you reshape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as you move toward the life that you want
I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma especially those impacted by domestic and sexual violence. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth challenges, setting healthy boundaries, and building fulfilling relationships.
I know that no two healing journeys are alike- there's no "one-size-fits-all" path or timeline. Your process is yours to own, and I am here as a teammate and guide to help you along the way. Together, we can create a space where you choose you and step into the person you've always hoped to be.
