I work with children, teens, and young adults. Focusing on neurodiversity, anxiety, life changes, and more. I am an Autism/PDA and ADHD affirming therapist and work with these clients as well as provide coaching to parents as needed.
I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Center Play Therapy (CCPT), and mindfulness-based strategies while maintaining a flexible, person-centered style. Sessions may involve play therapy, creative interventions, or structured problem-solving, depending on the client's age and preferences.
Navigating life as a child, adolescent, or young adult can be overwhelming—especially for those who are neurodivergent or struggling with anxiety, depression, or major life changes. I provide a warm, affirming space where young people can express themselves, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to thrive.
