Taking the step to seek out therapy, for yourself or your child, can be difficult. I am here to make this step feel safe and easy. I work with children ages four through young adulthood who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and/or other behavioral or emotional concerns. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with emotional and physical dysregulation, modeling and practicing skills to better respond to stressors. My approach to therapy is strength based and solution focused which encourages you to build the confidence and skills to overcome life's obstacles.
I thrive to empower youth in finding their strengths and utilizing them with the help of their caregivers. I enjoy working with families and individuals to improve overall functioning through strengths-based, client centered practice. I focus on therapeutic rapport while utilizing evidenced based models.
I am currently accepting new clients! I look forward to meeting you and welcome any questions you may have. Feel free to call or email me directly.
