I believe that each child and teen has unique abilities and inner strengths, and I work collaboratively to help them develop confidence, emotional regulation skills, and healthier ways of coping. I balance gentle guidance with practical strategies, meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward.

Creating a safe and trusting environment is at the heart of what I do, so clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the counseling process. I also value partnering with families to support lasting growth both in and outside of sessions.
