Breaking Toxic Cycles in Relationships
This group focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, and other symptoms/responses that may occur from dating and from being in relationships. This is an 8 week psychoeducational group for women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and/or depression in their life which impacts current and/or most recent relationships with significant others. This group is designed to help them learn about trauma, bring awareness and reduce traumatic responses, and increase the ability to sustain meaningful relationships.
