My approach to therapy is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the belief that meaningful change comes not only from reducing distress, but from understanding who you are and intentionally moving toward the life you want. I find therapy to be a collaborative journey, which I would be honored to walk alongside you through. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we will identify your values, build coping strategies, and work to shift unhelpful patterns to support growth.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth, substance use concerns, and life transitions. Using ACT and Motivational Interviewing, I work with clients to shift from shame-based narratives to create meaningful, lasting change aligned with the life they want to live.

A supportive virtual women’s DUI group focused on healing from shame and guilt, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with strength and self-compassion. This Colorado state-approved program meets court and DMV requirements for Level I & II DUI education and therapy and provides a safe, understanding space for women to learn, grow, and make meaningful change. $35 per session, $50 signup fee.
