Hi there, I'm Cheryl, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I help clients with anxiety, depression, marital/pre-marital issues, spirituality, relationship issues, infidelity, and more. I use a holistic approach incorporating all aspects of the individual (psychological, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual). While I could boast about my academic achievements and licenses, none of that will matter in the long run. What truly matters is “Results”. I know what it takes to promote real change. I create a place for individuals to talk about their experiences and feel heard.
My demeanor & style are; direct, wrapped in a sensitive, loving, caring, soft-spoken flow. I am a non-arrogant, calm person. I listen closely as you share your pain, desires, and goals.
