Have you been or currently in a stressful or tumultuous relationship with someone whether that could be a family member, partner or ex, or friend? Do you have challenges with eating or body image issues, anxiety and or feel an increase in fear and sadness in addressing these road bocks? Do you want to have a deeper understanding of these challenges, how to handle relationships and know how to navigate learning to feel the discomfort in a safe and supportive setting? I believe that healing is a valuable practice when it is integrated in an experiential process using body and mind as they are both inter-connected from one another.
For more than a decade, my therapy style is direct and with ease, collaborative & relational. There will be an invitation to bring attention to how you feel in your body when you bring up uncomfortable topics to process. I come from a Strengths-Based with Trauma-Informed, Psychodynamic, Attachment focus and Somatic based lens into providing therapy.
Therapy can be a daunting experience due to the unpleasant emotions, sensations, memories or thoughts that come up. It is essential that you feel supported and safe and together we will take a plunge into this unique journey and rewarding experience. My hope is that you to feel more engaged, empowered and leading towards the best version of yourself.
