I have been providing professional counseling services for over 30 years. My approach is integrative with the intention of working with what resonates with you. I work with trauma from childhood and adulthood, depression, anxiety and panic, health issues that are impacting your quality of life, stress, and life transitions. I utilize various modalities including mindfulness, cognitive therapy, psychodynamic, and energy psychology methods.
I come from a heart centered approach with the intention to provide a safe space for you to share and heal. My approach is with compassion and an understanding that everything has an origin for a purpose and it is our natural inclination to grow.
