Hi there, I'm Cheryl Silverstein! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in spiritual and energy sessions to diminish anxiety, depression, and other symptoms. This healing is manifested by the support and use of a positive connection with guidance, prayers, visualization, and therapeutic modalities. My approach combines empathy, acceptance of where you are at, and unconditional positive regard. By combining untraditional experiential modalities, clients are usually happy with a diminished heaviness that is released and replaced with a feeling of lightness and hope in dealing with the challenges in their lives.
Clients who present with anxiety, grief, trauma, and depression are usually open to new modalities. I also enjoy work stress and career counseling to find what talents and skills someone has to find a way to make a living and satisfy a client. It is mostly to help clients find their purpose. Once they find that, they usually feel better.
The first session is developing rapport, gathering information, taking a history, and going over boundaries, rules, and expectations. Then setting up a next appointment would be at the end of the session.
