About
At times, life can be challenging, frustrating, and complex. As we head into our "new normal," you may notice you are experiencing fear, worry, or angst. Or perhaps you may experience being overwhelmed with feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or despair? You may often feel down and unmotivated, making it challenging to get through your day? If you are experiencing these difficulties, as you return to work at the office, in-person learning, have challenges identifying a more satisfying career, or lack the confidence to obtain a new role at work, I want to help you to the other side of your journey!
I offer solution-focused counseling services for teens and adults (ages 16 and up). I specialize in treating people dealing with psychiatric, cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities. I also commonly treat people of all backgrounds for self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, career concerns, and trauma-related concerns.
Asking for help may be challenging, yet the most courageous step you can take. Let's collaborate and walk this path together. Schedule your initial appointment today by clicking on this link: https://calendly.com/cheryl-lcmhcs-crc/sc-initial
