I am passionate about working with adults striving to make positive changes in their lives, those in early recovery and with adults from dysfunctional families. My clients often have a history of trauma and/or struggle with self-sabotaging behavior. They seek therapy to improve their lives, and develop positive coping skills for handling difficult emotions and life stressors. Welcome! My approach is integrative, blending insight-oriented therapy with more solution-focused therapy. I treat anxiety and trauma with some of the newest mind-body techniques such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a technique that retrains your brain and reduces emotional dysregulation. Together we will reconnect you with your resilient self.
Starting therapy and finding a good therapist can be difficult. Growing up as a first-generation American with parents who struggled with undiagnosed PTSD was challenging. I am grateful to those who supported me on my journey to heal and am happy for the opportunity to give back. It is an honor to witness the resilience and courage of my clients.
