I specialize in EMDR therapy, an effective process for reducing anxiety, depression, and emotional pain related to loss, trauma, or future events. EMDR therapy, along with my mindfulness-based will help you tap into your own inner resources and strength as you learn more skillful and compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others.
As a certified EMDR therapist, I work with adults, teens, and children ages 5 and older. I have three decades of experience in treating individuals in the LBGTQ community. I am also available for personal coaching by telephone or Zoom.
