My ideal clients are adults navigating major life transitions, trauma, chronic pain or illness, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. Many are looking for a therapist who sees the whole person — mind and body — not just symptoms. I take a holistic approach, combining evidence-based strategies with mind-body practices to help clients build emotional resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and strengthen meaningful connections. Together, we create a supportive, collaborative space to explore your experiences, gain insight, and step confidently into your next chapter.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare and United. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
