I specialize in working with individuals living with memory loss and Parkinson's disease, as well as care partners of older adults living with these conditions. Prior to starting my private practice, I served as the Client Services Director for the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter. I facilitate time-limited programs for those impacted by Parkinson's Disease. I am the co-founder of Memory Keepers, a modified version of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, providing weekly individual and group sessions for those with mild to moderate dementia
I use a disease management approach to help individuals with dementia and their care partners gain insights and develop tools to address current needs and prepare for the future. This includes disease education, connection to resources, and development of effective communication and coping strategies.
