I have been an experienced licensed professional counselor for 16 years. Providing empathy, compassion and support, is part of my fundamental belief system. My approach to mental wellness is eclectic at times, as I try to meet my client "where they are" for treatment.
I have the best job in the world meeting and inspiring individuals/couples! I just received my ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification to work with adults with ADHD.
I also hold a Certification in Couple Sex Therapy-Informed Professional to work with Couples experiencing Infidelity, Intimacy Repair, Sexual Performance issues for Women and Men, and Low Desire/Libido for either Women and Men.
