As an intuitive therapist I empower and teach you to listen to your body, mind and “gut” or intuition. I will partner with you to focus on your goals. Being your true, authentic self happens when your mind, body and soul are connected. I use body centered approaches that go beyond talk therapy. As a therapist I focus on healing the whole body from the ground up. My areas of expertise are Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, parts work and Eco Therapy. I also provide mind/body based techniques. I offer a client centered approach based on your goals and what you want to accomplish. I use intuition to help clients on a deeper level. .
