Life is full of challenges. Some challenges we can navigate our way though and some challenges we need help with through therapy. I think of therapy as one on one education especially meant for the client. With many therapy models to draw from, I take an integrated approach to therapy. I choose the most appropriate model for each individual client. I have, also, been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). All in all, therapy can help a client to once again find joy in the journey.
I have gained experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including domestic violence safe house for women, adoption, private residential treatment for girls, hospice and private practice. I have, also, facilitated many educational classes for Davis Behavioral Health.
I have a passion for families and love working with couples at any stage. I, also, work with parents assisting them with their parenting skills, learning how to co-parent for divorced families, and teaching couples how to combine families. Many people struggle with depression and anxiety and I love to see them conquer that.
