The goal of this relationship is to assess patterns of behavior and find new ways of interacting. I have over 10+ years experience with couples, families, and individuals in a therapeutic setting. I am currently doing EMDR therapy.
As a counselor, I have worked with clients with a variety of life issues, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I am passionate about working with couples and families who may be experiencing negative interactions to find alternative patterns of relating.
