In my practice, I offer compassion in a judgement-free setting using Telehealth sessions. In addition to counseling services, I offer several books I have written: "Learning the Fine Art of Flying Solo: a counselor's step-by-step survival guide" for those who are alone, or feel alone. In addition, I have authored "When is it MY Turn? How to say NO without feeling guilty (really!)", a guide to setting healthy emotional boundaries. My newest book, "Holistic Self-Care: Body, Mind & Spirit - A Pastoral Counselor's 50 life lessons" offers tried-and true strategies for healing past hurts. All paperbacks are available on Amazon.
We begin where you are, with whatever is going on in your life, right now, looking at how you arrived where you are. Our agenda for each session will focus on what is most important to you. Whatever you're facing, I am prepared to provide you with new coping strategies and alternative perspectives, from our very first session throughout our time together.
Clearly, we are living in an anxiety-producing world. It isn’t a sign of “weakness” to seek help, as many believed in the past; now, seeking support and alternative coping strategies through counseling and/or books is one way to reach out, and move forward. I'm a good listener and will do my best to help you resolve whatever issues you are facing.
