Will Telehealth counseling work for me? So many of my clients have been thrilled with how it has worked for them, whether our sessions are video or audio-only, while they are at work, on the road, folding laundry, or seated comfortably in their own home. In addition, I offer my books for support: "Learning the Fine Art of Flying Solo: a counselor's step-by-step survival guide" for those facing life on their own "When is it MY Turn? How to say NO without feeling guilty (really!)", "Holistic Self-Care: Body, Mind & Spirit - A Pastoral Counselor's 50 life lessons." All paperbacks are available on Amazon.
We begin where you are, with whatever is going on in your life, right now, looking at how you arrived where you are. Our agenda for each session will focus on what is most important to you. Whatever you're facing, we will walk the journey together. Seeing you find resolution, peace and even joy is deeply gratifying for me.
Clearly, we are living in an anxiety-producing world. It isn’t a sign of “weakness” to seek help, as many believed in the past; now, seeking support and alternative coping strategies through counseling and/or books is one way to reach out, and move forward. I'm a good listener and will do my best to help you resolve whatever issues you are facing.
