Do you experience anxiety? Overwhelm? Self sabotage? Difficulty with your child or family? If so, I can help! I have 20+ years experience working with adults, children & teens in a safe & supportive environment. I specialize working with Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, OCD, & more. I use a multi-modal form of treatment with my clients to help them make positive changes in their lives, including the mind-body connection. I am trained in Neurofeedback, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and SandPlay Therapy. I use a holistic approach to therapy and healing and incorporate energy psychology into my practice.
Neurofeedback retrains the brain to help w/ many conditions including depression, anxiety & impulsivity. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation so body & mind can heal itself from trauma. SandPlay Therapy uses a sandbox & collection of miniatures to explore deeper layers of the unconscious psyche. Hypnotherapy makes suggestions to the unconscious for rapid change.
I also run social skills groups for children and adolescents ages 7-21 (super seniors). Groups are open ended and new members can join at any time. Some of the topics include conversation/communication skills, making/keeping friends, impulse control, nonverbal body language/cues, anger, bullying/teasing, problem solving, conflicts.
