My office is located in the Hamilton Mill area just off I-85. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 9 pm and Saturday 8 am - 3 pm. Insurance, credit cards, HSA cards, checks, and cash payments accepted. Sliding scale fees available as needed.
