Cheryl Hejnal, LCSW, is a licensed social worker, whose clinical experience with individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and family counseling has provided her with the knowledge and expertise to work with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. Specifically, Cheryl specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders, OCD, ADHD, substance use disorders, PTSD, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, and LGBTQ+ experiences. Understanding there is no one-size-fits-all solution, she provides a highly individualized therapeutic approach that is heart-centered, friendly and empowering.
