We all have experienced the challenges of life whether we are dealing with something now or from our past. Maybe you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep issues or come from a past experience of abuse or dysfunctional parenting. You want to really see change happen and are longing to make changes in your life but don't know quite how or where to start. My experience for the past 10+ years in mental health is specialized in the field of emotional trauma.. I have worked with every age (3 and up), people of varied cultural backgrounds and gender identities. I am an LGBTQI ally. I have personal experience with various disabilities in my family and have worked with a lot of clients with disabilities also.
My approach to therapy is to find out what my clients want to accomplish, to focus on their strengths and help empower them to manage emotions, set boundaries of their choosing and accomplish their personal goals. I know starting therapy can bring up anxiety at first. I am here for you, to be your support and encourager. Relax and be yourself.
