I focus on emotional health as a basis for my therapeutic work. Being able to have awareness of your reality is a fundamental part of growth. This includes being able to connect with your body, which is where we experience our emotions. I utilize the mind-body connection science in my work as well as somatic approaches such as EMDR and ego state therapy.
I have personally experienced the deep pain and hopelessness that relational and internal conflict can bring. In view of this, I have dedicated myself to bringing hope and restoration to every client I work with. I am here to empower you to break the toxic cycles that may be destroying you and your relationships while helping you reach your life goals.

Restore Women's Group
This 8 week women's therapy group focuses on inner-healing through the foundation of the mind-body connection and parts work. We have two parts with a total of 16 weeks that is completed in a year's time. The group is co-led with Abby Peddieson, LMFT and seats are limited.
