Do you find yourself wanting to feel better but nothing seems to be working? You’ve tried making changes, either in yourself or others around you and yet it feels like you are running a race you just can’t win. There can be times we know something needs to change but don’t know how to create a positive lasting difference. It’s as if we’ve been given a map of Chicago and told to use it to get around downtown Fort Worth. Then no matter how long we study that map or try to use it as a guide we can’t find our way.
What I love about being a therapist is helping you find the right path to turn around your struggles with feelings such as anxiety, depression, fear, anger and sadness. You will learn how to embrace and transform those parts of yourself that compel you to continue addictive, frustrating patterns in your life.
My approach is one that doesn’t look at pathology, doesn’t focus on how to get rid of parts of ourselves but instead focuses on how to heal wounds and find our path to the life we seek. It is exciting for me to see your strengths emerge as you heal. It is a privilege to be part of your journey.

Eating Disorder Support Group
Cheryl Dielman LCSW-S, LPC-S, CEDS invites you to come join this free support group from 6:30 - 8pm on Thursdays till the end of the year. Cheryl has vast experience working with eating disorders and helping support individuals on their personal journey. The group will be a time for connecting, encouraging, and learning from one another. This group will also have an intentional focus on building one another up and learning everyday tools to practice better self-care.
