I believe in the power of coming together with purpose. For the last 15 years, I have worked with individuals and couples who've felt stuck for years because of a traumatic past, and have felt unworthy, anxious and depressed. I'm passionate about helping you finally work through what happened to you and the struggles you face today, so that you can honestly connect with yourself and others and pursue the life you want.
I utilize multiple treatment modalities including attachment theory, somatic work, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, practicing coping skills. I work with individuals and couples experiencing trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, codependency and various life transitions.
I am a very down to earth person who values authenticity and transparency. I have walked out my own healing in my life. My only focus when we work together is to help you get to the other side of whatever it is you're battling with, in order for you to live the life you were meant to live.
