I provide a supportive and collaborative environment for my clients to work collaboratively to achieve the desired growth and positive change in their lives. I employ a strengths-based and integrative approach to therapy to best meet teach clients unique needs bringing experience and knowledge from 14 years of experience working in a variety of outpatient settings. My clinical specializations include working with individuals and couples with anxiety, mood and stress related disorders, grief, trauma, and relationship issues.
In my work, I educate and provide coping skills utilizing evidenced based treatment interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I now offer Brainspotting.
My approach is client centered and I believe that the therapeutic relationship is foundational to helping people reach their goals.
