I work with individual adults, teens, and preteens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, grief and loss, stress, trauma, and identity questions. I offer you a safe place to find hope for new possibilities as you explore situations or patterns in your life that are causing pain or keeping you stuck. I believe that change begins as we shine the light of acceptance and love into the challenging parts of our lives, as we make meaning of our experiences, and as we explore tools and practices that help our bodies and minds feel a restored sense of safety, choice, power, and connection.
My approach is relational and collaborative. I bring warmth, humor, playfulness, acceptance, and challenge into our work together. Our work may involve talk therapy, mindfulness exercises, somatic/movement exploration, and expressive arts activities depending on your needs and preferences.
Taking steps toward healing, change, and growth can often feel a bit scary and uncertain. My hope is to provide practical skills, as well as supportive relational connection, as you move toward living your life in a way that feels more satisfying, meaningful, and free.
