My primary passion is helping people heal from trauma as an EMDR therapist. I am so moved by the courage of my clients. I am amazed at our capacity for healing and am profoundly honored to assist in a process that is both so deeply painful and so joyful in recovery. I also work with clients on other issues like depression, anxiety, women's issues, life transitions, boundaries, communication and relationships. I have completed my Level III Board Certification in Telehealth because I want to be able to help people all across Ohio, not just those who can come to my office in person.
Besides my experience in treating PTSD, Chronic PTSD and trauma with therapy and EMDR, I also am able to successfully treat anxiety and OCD with ERP-exposure and response prevention. In life, as in the office, I am a straight shooter. I communicate directly with insight and empathy. I will stand with you when you need me the most.
