My counseling philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are, without judgment or bias. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them, offering support, tools, and evidence-based strategies that foster healing, growth, and meaningful change. Using a holistic, integrative approach, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. In our first session, we will explore your goals, strengths, and what brings you to counseling. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and trauma-informed therapies. I would be honored to walk beside you.
I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision, a Master's in Professional Counseling, a Master's in Health Care Administration, and a BS in Nursing. Licensed in Wisconsin as both a Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Nurse (RN), I bring an integrated counseling and healthcare perspective to support healing, resilience, and well-being.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to counseling. With curiosity, respect, and compassion, we will explore your experiences, strengths, and goals.
