We will explore those options together, and I will allow you to decide which is best for you.
We can track progress using a linear scale 1 to 10, gauging anxiety, depression, fear, worry from start to finish to see the results. We can utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and we can learn strategies from Marsha Lineham Dialectical Behavior Therapy, can use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy,
