I work with neurodivergent emerging adults, adults, professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, disability-related stress, and life transitions. Many clients come to my practice feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, work or school demands, emotional stress, or functional barriers. I provide select direct behavioral health services and functional accommodation consultation to help clients build insight, strengthen coping, improve functioning, clarify support needs, and move forward with practical strategies.
