I am a compassionate clinical counselor with 30 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am an EMDR trauma therapist. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, stress and anger management. In addition, I have years of experience working with couples using Gottman techniques. I use hypnotherapy for stress, smoking and weight management. I have taken Eden energy part I which can also assist with emotional and physical well-being. Certifications: Level II EMDR Practitioner (1997) Certified Hypnotherapist (National Guild of Hypnotists,2008). Additional Certifications: Anger Management Specialist (2009), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eden Energy Medicine (2016) and Myers Briggs Personality Inventory for Stress Management (2013).
