About
I am a compassionate clinical professional counselor with 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic abuse, grief, anger,stress management and relationships are my primary areas of focus . By focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and interactive techniques of EMDR, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, energy healing and personality testing I am able to assist clients with their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals. My holistic approach to therapy focuses on emotional and physical well-being. Faced with life's many challenges, you will find that addressing your issues in counseling can dramatically improve your quality of life.
Certifications: Level II EMDR Practitioner (1997) Certified Hypnotherapist (National Guild of Hypnotists,2008). I use EMDR for trauma and anxiety; use hypnotherapy for smoking, weight, stress, anxiety and other relevant issues. Additional Certifications: Anger Management Specialist (2009), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eden Energy Medicine (2016) and Myers Briggs Personality Inventory for Stress Management (2013).
