About
To begin therapy is a big step. This first step requires a conscious desire to make changes in one's life. Over time, people often find that they can heal from their circumstances and create healthier and more productive lives. Are you tired of the struggle? Do you yearn for more? Do you have a vision of where you'd like to go? Often, our past hinders our future. Are you ready to find out what is holding you back? If so, I invite you to contact me.
I am a Trauma-Informed and Resiliency-Focused clinician. I work with clients to address their trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviors (eating disorders/disordered eating). In addition to being a highly trained therapist, I am a life coach who enjoys working with individuals working on life transitions.
Only you know your formula for success! If you are ready to explore the possibilities for your life, I offer myself as a conduit to the healing process by promising to be present and to provide a safe and inviting environment for you to do this important work. In turn, I ask that you come to this space with hope and a sincere desire to improve your life.
