Experience in substance & alcohol abuse use/abuse counseling, anger mgt, depression, anxiety, & life’s everyday struggles. I also offer ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), which is a trauma-based therapy that can resolve issues in 3-5 sessions. The beauty of this therapy is that you do not have to share your story. Relief can be as soon as the 1st session.
