This is a group that will meet on Zoom. It is focused on helping you gain information about grief. I will simply be giving information on what the grief journey look like, healthy ways to grieve, strategies to prepare for holidays and other special days. You will not be asked to share your story. You are free to simply listen and learn. Participants are welcome to ask questions. Each class is an hour long. It is a three-part series. Each class is $50.
