I'm here to walk alongside you on the journey to healing and wholeness. I bring my personal journey of recovery coupled with clinical experience to best serve you. I will help you understand the unconscious dynamics that keep you stuck in addiction, to be able to work towards an emotional awareness which allows you to change your life patterns and release that which binds you in a spiral of addiction from living a more fulfilling life.
I incorporate mindfulness, guided imagery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and spirituality. We will work together to determine your needs and develop a plan for sobriety and relapse prevention.
