I am thrilled that you have found my page and have decided to start your journey toward peace and contentment. I have over 14 years of experience working with individuals and families who are stuck and confused about the journey ahead. My clients often come to me in distress, despair or feeling lost. They're looking for guidance and reassurance as they manage life stressors, family relationships, addiction, depression, anxiety as well as numerous other mental health crises that create challenges in life. I've realized that these clients are not lost, but instead just need a safe place to share their experiences.
I offer a safe place to let go, share and be vulnerable. I approach my clients objectively and give them permission to explore their own thoughts and feelings. My work experience has given me an intimate glimpse into the lives of people who are both similar and different than myself. This diverse perspective helps me join my clients where they are.
In addition, I myself come from a diverse background given the fact that I am a Latina raised in the Southern United States. My culture along with my extensive experiences helping others has afforded me the ability to positively impact the lives of others'.
