I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations of all ages to include medical hospitals, child welfare, outpatient clinics and psychiatric facilities. I utilize EMDR for trauma as well as Solution Focused techniques to problem solve and reframe negative thinking.
I understand that it’s difficult to take that next step to begin therapy and that it must be overwhelming trying to decide whom to choose for services.
